    PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder)

  • Couple’s Work

    Most relationships experience difficulties at some point or another. You may struggle with feelings of hurt, not being heard or understood, not feeling significant or important. Your perceptions, emotions, feelings and/or mis-communications are often reasons you can encounter struggles in your relationships, especially if there have been experiences of infidelity from a previous relationship.

    Couple’s work includes sessions with the two of you as well as individual sessions. There are often areas from your own past that are perhaps getting in the way of being able to experience a healthy, fulfilling and loving relationship with your partner.

  • Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy (FEEL)

    At Heart, Mind, and Soul Counselling, we offer Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy through our FEEL (Facilitated Equine Experiential Learning) sessions. This innovative approach combines traditional therapeutic techniques with the unique and powerful connection between humans and horses.

    What to Expect in a FEEL Session
    During a FEEL session, you will engage in a variety of activities with the horses, such as grooming, leading, and observing their behaviour. These interactions are guided by a registered therapist (Reg. #3129, RPC, MPCC) and an equine specialist (certified in two different modalities – FEEL cert. & EAL cert.) to ensure a safe and supportive experience. Each session is tailored to your specific needs and therapeutic goals.
